EXHIBITOR BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

All bookings must be accompanied by a completed and signed booking form returned to us asap.  If you cannot print a form yourself we are happy to post one off to you..please just ask!

 

All exhibitors must comply with all existing & future firearms regulations.  If in doubt please ask!

 

All exhibitors are reminded that it is your responsibility to provide your own public liability insurance.  N. A. Fairs accept no responsibility for loss,  damage or injury on your behalf.

 

It is illegal to sell bladed weapons to people who are under the age of 18 years old.  If in doubt, refuse to sell!

 

Our fairs are advertised from 9am until 3pm & we do get serious grief from members of the public when exhibitors pack up before 2pm.  If there is  a genuine reason for having to leave early please let us know beforehand.

**Note about public liability insurance**

For those who do not already have public liability insurance,  I've checked out some competitive rates, starting from just £65 for a year, giving you coverage for up to £5 million, which can be used at as many fairs as you wish to attend during the year.
